4. Product Description

Engineered for precision filament production where melt stability, tensile strength, and surface uniformity are essential. The lower pH reflects the presence of fewer micro impurities from the recycling process, contributing to smoother processing and more consistent yarn quality across apparel, industrial, and geotextile applications.

Recommended for filament manufacturing or applications requiring high clarity clear RPET flake with low micro-impurities.

5. Packaging Options

  • VS-W: Bulk bags, double stacked on pallets. 40 bags (20 pallets) per container.
  • VS-BW: Tall bags, strapped atop pallets. 22 bags (22 pallets) per container.
  • Standard loading weight: 25-26 MT per 40HQ container. Please notify any applicable weight limits.

6. Storage Conditions

  • Store in a dry, covered area, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture exposure.
  • Recommended processing within 6 months.

7. Safety, Traceability & Retention

R12 Series is classified as non-hazardous and should be handled following standard PET material guidelines. Each production batch is traceable via unique QR codes and internal lot numbers. Retention samples are kept for six months for traceability and quality review purposes.

8. Testing Methods & Parameters

All thermal properties are tested at 230°C for 50-60 minutes under industry-standard laboratory conditions. All values in this TDS represent average results over the entire inspected load (2 TEU). Individual samples may occasionally exceed benchmarks due to statistical deviation.
