4. Applications

  • Primary raw material for polycaprolactone (PCL) and PCL-based polyols, widely used in biodegradable polymers, polyurethane elastomers and coatings.
  • Used in the production of high-performance polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and sealants to improve flexibility, weather resistance, and low-temperature properties.
  • Applied in medical materials such as absorbable sutures, drug delivery systems, and orthopedic implants due to its biodegradability and biocompatibility.
  • Serves as an intermediate for the manufacture of caprolactam, adipic acid, and other fine chemical derivatives.

5. Packaging & Storage

  • Packaging: 1100kg/IBC drums.
  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Store away from heat sources, oxidizing agents, moisture, and incompatible materials.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.

6. Safety & Handling

  • Use standard personal protective equipment (safety goggles, chemical-resistant gloves, and protective clothing) during handling.
  • Avoid inhalation of vapors and direct contact with skin and eyes.
