Notes on Specifications
- Viscosity Central Value (M₀): M₀ refers to the central value of intrinsic viscosity. The standard value is 0.684. If there are special requirements, the value can be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer and specified in the contract.
- Titanium Dioxide Central Value (M₁): M₁ refers to the central value of titanium dioxide content. Typical production grades include 0.3%, 0.7%, and 2.2%. If there are special requirements, the value can be agreed upon by both parties and stated in the contract.
- Phosphorus Content: The phosphorus content can be customized by the user, with an adjustable range from 0 to 8500 ppm.
Test Methods
All indicators are tested in accordance with GB/T 14190-93:
- Intrinsic Viscosity: Tested using a 1:1 (w/w) mixture of phenol and tetrachloroethane as solvent at 25°C.
- Melting Point: Determined by the microscopic method.
- Color Value: Measured using the Hunter three-color method.
